- Are you an experienced Software Team Leader maybe looking to take a step up with a passion for cutting-edge technology and an interest in high-fidelity audio? If so come and join our expanding R&D team.
Well established global specialist in hi-fi loudspeaker design and manufacture. Developing high end audio products. These products have a world renowned reputation amongst audio fanatics. This is fantastic opportunity to break into the audio industry.
As a Software Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our software systems for traditional two channel hi-fi loudspeakers, home theatre systems, sub-woofers, and architectural loudspeakers. You will work closely with our R&D team and other departments to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of performance, design, and usability.
Can be hands on or hands off but the ideal candidate should have experience managing software development teams, with a good understanding of software engineering principles, project management methodologies, and embedded software development.
Any Test-driven development experience also an advantage to help establish and maintain a culture of test Driven Development within the team but not essential.
