- A leading name in the engineering and technology sector is looking for a Senior Technical Service Administrator to join their Luton-based team. This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth operation of both the training and technical service departments, offering variety and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will oversee the coordination and administration of customer training sessions, ensuring every detail—from planning and communication to invoicing—is handled with efficiency and professionalism.
In addition, the role includes managing service invoicing, tracking spare part logistics, supporting customer access to an online learning platform, and assisting with call centre tasks.
This position requires someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural flair for customer service. Confidence in working with systems like SAP is desirable, alongside a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
