Talented RF/Microwave Engineer to join dynamic Engineering team within world leading company supplying high-tech essential components for the satellite, wireless, IoT and aerospace markets.
As an RF/Microwave Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation and design of RF circuits and systems, working on products with frequencies ranging from DC to 30 GHz. You will be responsible for developing new products and ensuring their success in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design RF/Microwave demonstration kits and evaluation PCBs
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of RF/Microwave devices, collaborating with design teams and analyzing application requirements
- Perform competitive analysis and highlight the benefits of our solutions
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in analogue hardware RF system/circuit design, with microwave frequencies experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, vector signal generators, oscilloscopes, and software design/simulation tools
- Strong theoretical knowledge of analogue circuits, RF, and system engineering
- Experience supporting production of RF products, including semiconductors or RF end-user products
- Knowledge or experience in transceiver design (e.g., Sat comms; L-band or above, Ka band preferred)
