Description
This is a diverse role that will expose you to all core business areas, and no two days will be the same. This small company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that greatly impacts the scientific industry.

You will be able to see the impact of your work and the short-term rewards from day one. You will need to have an engineering mindset, with either an electronics or Mechanical background. As long as you enjoy variety, this role could be a great move.

Ideally, you need to be very organised and ready to lead a small team of technicians to assemble this delicate high-tech device. Quality is more important than quantity in this place, so attention to detail is key.

As the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for streamlining production procedures to reduce lead times. You'll also be the point of contact for communicating any customer requirements for our bespoke products.

In addition, you'll oversee logistics and procurement to ensure timely project delivery.

The company is flexible in terms of your background as long as you have an engineering mindset and a track record of working in production with high-tech products.
