- Description
- This is an afternoon/evening technical support role operating within the hours of 2pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday. After an initial 3 month training period in their Watford office, the position can be performed remotely.
Initially supporting a handful of clients You will be required to liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues. You will also provide customer support to our internal and external teams.
Salary: £27,500, with a review after 6 months. Regular performance reviews and 1-2-1 support help achieve targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Handling customer support requests via various channels
- Proactive investigation and resolution of issues
- Liaising with mobile network providers
- Supporting internal & external teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong diagnostic and support skills
- Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good organisational skills
- Experience with mobile telecommunications
- Foreign language skills (Dutch/French/Swedish)
- Customer service qualification
