- You will take charge of all quality related process across the business, leading a small team in a role which requires core quality principles, as well as key man management skills, for a pioneering industry leader within highly regulated engineering environments.
What will be expected of you?- Effective man management of a small team, encouraging and motivating staff to meet and exceed expected standards across the business.
- The first point of contact for external auditors and all quality matters, working with different teams, including sales, engineering and production.
- 2 years+ in a quality management positions
- ISO 9001/14001 and internal audit qualifications
- Regulated engineering or manufacturing environment experience
- IEC 80079-34 is desirable
