Description
This key role will place you at the heart of a high-tech engineering environment, where innovation and continuous improvement are at the forefront of the industry. Whether you are an experienced professional or at an earlier stage of your career, you will have the opportunity to shape advanced manufacturing processes and support the introduction of new technologies and product lines.

They are based in a state-of-the-art facility where design and manufacturing happen under the same roof, giving you the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work in a modern, collaborative environment.

You will work across operations to ensure smooth, efficient production by analysing processes, implementing improvements, and driving quality, cost, and safety initiatives. From developing layouts and standard operating procedures to applying lean and Six Sigma techniques, you will help optimise performance and deliver lasting change.

You will need a degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline, with experience working in a high-tech engineering company. Experience with fibre optics or laser machines would be advantageous but is not essential.
