We have found ourselves using ChatGPT almost everyday for a variety of different recruitment needs. In fact we find it so useful, we held a webinar where we demonstrated 10 ways that HR and TA professionals can implement ChatGPT into their working day. These included topics such as, writing a coding test, constructing tailored interview questions and even creating a job ad.

How can we distinguish what is written by a human vs AI generated content? Well, universities are using detection tools such as 'Turnitin' to prevent student using AI. This software can take submissions and compare them to a database of content, stopping plagiarism. Social media sites are also experimenting with detection tools.
