Keeping people alive day after day, this medical device company are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join the team. You would be working on safety critical software, where the code quality is of upmost importance. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be designing the software with UML and implementing it using memory constraint C++.
If you are feeling fed up of not making a difference in your current role or you really want your code to help others, this could be the role for you. Working as part of a team of 6 engineers, the work you do will form the backbone of projects to come for many years.
With the founders still part of the business and their products being sold in over 50 countries, the company has remained stable throughout these strange times whilst also investing in new technologies to further disrupt the market.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ C++ experience developing in embedded environments with RTOS experience. Candidates with ADA experience that are keen to learn C++ would also be considered. Medical device experience is desirable.
This role is currently fully remote; however engineers can expect 1 / 2 days per week home working when they return to the office.
