- This key role will work on various NPI projects in a company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology. You will take your career to the next level, working with innovative technology that has not been done before.
You will develop suitable stack manufacturing solutions and collaborate with all the cross-functional departments to ensure coherent solutions are delivered in high quality.
Ideally, you will have at least three years of industry experience working with complete technology in a high-tech engineering environment.
You will need a degree in manufacturing/mechanical engineering or an equivalent field. Additionally, you will have experience using manufacturing tool such as PFMEA, DFMA and error proofing and process mapping.

This role is primarily based in Redhill, and you will also travel to the Horsham site.
This role is looking for:- A degree in Mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a high-tech field.
- Proactive attitude and capable of handling multiple projects.
- NPI experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
