Description
Development/Systems Engineer

This role is the definition of an all-rounder, combining design skills with hands-on development and testing of prototype products.

Working for a start-up that has recently secured funding, you will be a key hire in the development of an innovative product, giving you a fantastic opportunity to learn and progress within the company while collaborating with incredibly bright and talented peers.

The product integrates mechanical, electronics, software, optics, and fluidics elements, where you will focus on designing prototypes and building and testing them in the lab. The technology is based around sensors used for real-time environmental monitoring, with potential applications across a variety of industries and environments in the future.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong academic background in an engineering or scientific-related field.
  • A solid understanding of working with cross-functional engineering products, combining mechanical, software, and electronic engineering.

  • A mix of design and practical lab-based skills.

We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience. The company offers an excellent base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and share options.
