Description
Joining a business in an exciting period of operational growth, you will be part of an established senior team of R+D specialists, who manufacture bleeding-edge, hi-tech engineering products, based out of a significantly developed site in Rugby. This role comes with an annual bonus scheme and salary review, as well as a health/benefits portal with a host of additional perks for employee’s to chose from.

What are we looking for?
  • Recent experience within a lead/senior mechanical design function
  • Technical understanding of CAD (Autodesk/Solidworks etc) and CFD/FEA analysis
  • Industry experience within a highly regulated environment: aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, scientific etc
  • Mechanical Engineering degree
Joining a small mechanical team, working closely with R+D specialists, your role will blend a mixture of mechanical design and project management functions, solving complex mechanical issues throughout project life cycles.
