Based out of a recently developed, state of the art manufacturing facility in Hoddesdon, this multi-million-pound business provide hi-end systems for commercial buildings. With a strong foothold in the market, they have a significant customer base which is ever growing; this is a busy environment with multiple projects going on at any time.
role overview
You will be working in a small team, supporting the lead bid coordinator on administrative tasks for tendering processes, ensuring effective coordination between coordination between company and client. You will also run reports, send quotes and monitor sales/after sales projects.
What are we looking for?- Prior experience within an administrative/sales office environment
- It proficient: Excel and 365 applications – Sales force would be beneficial
- Personality: Strong communication skills, friendly, eager to learn with a positive attitude
