- We’re looking for a bright, ambitious graduate to join our team in Luton as a Marketing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, sales, or business who’s eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic engineering environment.
You’ll be joining a well-established high-tech engineering group that plays a key role in delivering a wide range of products and services across advanced industries. The UK operation manages all products sold nationally and includes an impressive site with a dedicated showroom showcasing their innovative equipment and solutions.
In this newly created role, you’ll become the go-to person for lead management and marketing support. You’ll work closely with an experienced sales team to research and evaluate new opportunities, help coordinate the first point of contact with potential customers, and support the development of marketing initiatives and campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
You’ll receive comprehensive training across a wide range of areas, including lead management processes and internal systems, to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
This position is ideal for someone who’s proactive and keen to bring fresh ideas to the table. It offers the chance to shape a new function within the business, with future opportunities to grow into areas such as business development.
The role is based at the company’s site in Luton, typically working in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
