- A leading manufacturer of high-tech industrial machinery is expanding its order management team to meet growing demand. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional who excels in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and takes pride in managing the order book to ensure seamless operations.
You’ll play a crucial role in managing a key product line. You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently, prioritising daily demands, and coordinating across planning, production, and shipping teams to meet committed delivery dates.
From handling scheduling conversations with customers to monitoring shared inboxes and keeping internal workflows moving, you’ll be at the centre of making sure promises turn into on-time deliveries.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar manufacturing environment—ideally within order management, operations coordination, or customer fulfilment. You should be comfortable juggling multiple demands under pressure and bring a strong commercial mindset.

This role is looking for:- Experience in an order management role
- Confident using Microsoft packages
- Experience using SAP/ERP/MRP would be beneficial, but not essential
