Description
A key role has arisen for an experienced Product Quality Engineer to join a leading high-tech manufacturer operating from a state-of-the-art, multimillion-pound facility in Southampton. This permanent position reports directly to the Quality Manager and plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional product quality while driving continuous improvement across production, supply, and customer satisfaction.

This company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology, maintaining its position as a market leader in this specialist field for many years. With a strong legacy across Europe, they have built a reputation for innovation, quality, and technical excellence.

You will also take ownership of analysing field failures, running structured 8D problem-solving processes, and ensuring that quality controls meet the highest standards.

This role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and the ability to influence at all levels. You will work at the forefront of innovative manufacturing, supporting new product introductions, conducting risk assessments, and promoting best practices to enhance reliability and performance.

If you are passionate about delivering excellence and thrive in an environment that values innovation, precision, and teamwork, this is your chance to make a real impact in a cutting-edge manufacturing setting.

This role is looking for:
