Description
This is a key autonomous role for a practical, hands-on Maintenance Engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset. You will repair and maintain small, intricate equipment with delicate internal components-work that demands patience, precision, and a steady hand.

Based in a state-of-the-art facility, they design and manufacture cutting-edge technology used across a wide range of high-tech industries. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and fine-tuning machine performance, working independently while collaborating with a skilled engineering team.

Over time, you will also have the chance to contribute to process improvements that enhance both our machinery and the way we operate.

A solid grounding in mechanical or electromechanical engineering is essential, whether gained through a degree, apprenticeship, or substantial practical experience. They provide comprehensive training on their products, but you must bring significant experience in maintenance engineering, particularly with complex equipment. Experience with fibre-processing machinery is an advantage, though not a requirement.

If you are a skilled engineer who thrives on precision and wants to grow within a forward-thinking, high-tech environment, this role could be ideal.

We are looking for:

- Maintenance experience within an engineering environment
- Mechanical or equivalent background
- hands-on repairing experience
