There are excellent long-term progress routes, and the team is very supportive, so you will have all the necessary tools to complete projects.
Occasionally, you will have to travel to their site in Coventry, but you can go in a group from the Southampton team or separately; costs will be covered.
This role is looking for:- A degree or higher education.
