- Privately owned company, c40 staff, Electronics & Software team of 25, developing products for the electronics and manufacturing sector. This is an opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer to pick up new skills and work on interesting technology (they are the only company in the UK doing this) while having fun!
They sell a suite of products ranging from £7-20k which also allow them the opportunity to provide consultancy design services (Hardware & Software) around those products which keeps projects interesting and varied.
The company management “work hard to make work fun” and it shows in their low staff turnover.
This Lead Electronics Engineer vacancy offers the opportunity to work on the hands on design of new products, consultancy projects for customers and mentoring/tech leadership of less-experienced Electronics Engineers.
Some responsibility/skills areas might include Hardware Design, Schematic capture & PCB layout (Altium), board bring-up, mostly digital design but analogue experience useful, microprocessors, FPGA, High speed design.
