Software Engineer – Audio
 
A leading name in the audio industry are looking for a Software Engineer to join their highly established team, to help them continue their success in providing powerful and creative tools for the film, audio, video and broadcast industry. As a Software Engineer within their top of the range offices you will invent, design and manufacture their next generation of technology for the creative manipulation of sound.

This is an excellent opportunity for a C++ Software Engineer to join an unrivalled R&D software team, working on a brand new features for their software. The company has a flat structure with very little red tape – it very much has a small company feel. There are 26 people in the software team in total, split between UI and backend.

Their systems are distributed over the network, all talking to each other with a DSP unit at the core. In this role you would be working with different aspects of the backend system including a lot of embedded Linux & networking. There is a separate team that deals with the front end but this role is considered full stack in the sense that you will be working with everything from embedded to web development.

Software Engineer minimum requirements:

- Computer Science, Engineering or similar degree
- 3+ years industry experience
- Strong experience with C++
Desirable:
-  Embedded Linux
- Networking
