We are seeking a bright and tenacious recruitment consultant in pursuit of their next career opportunity to join us as a team lead recruitment consultant. We are looking for a team lead recruitment consultant who strives to continually develop their own technical expertise and who is a consistent contributor to their employer. We are looking for people to bring their knowledge and expertise to our growing business and become an integral part of our management team, the company, and its successes.
We require individuals who thrive on the challenge of managing their own desk whilst also leading a team of recruitment consultants. All of our team lead recruitment consultants operate in 360-degree recruitment roles and this position is no different. Your client base will be UK wide (you will be given an existing and valuable client base) and your vacancies will range from graduate positions all the way up to heads of department. In addition to your recruitment accountabilities, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, coaching and mentoring of other consultants within your team as well as across the business.
