We're seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to work in an architectural and leadership role, performing high level model based design as well as mentoring, reviewing and coaching 3 embedded software engineers.
About the Role:
As the Embedded Software Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the embedded software team, focusing on task management, peer reviews, and ensuring top-notch quality standards. You won't be line managing; instead, you'll organize daily workloads, facilitate peer reviews, and coordinate efforts to elevate projects to new heights.
Projects on the Horizon:
Contribute to cutting-edge initiatives in the electrification sphere, including projects involving lithium-ion batteries, drones, and robots.
Requirements:- Embedded software development
- Model-based development (e.g., Simulink) and architectural design.
- Mentoring and coaching
