Description

Production Technician

This precision assembly role requires a methodical mindset as you will build small, high-tech products used in multiple industries.

You will witness the entire product lifecycle, and after you are up to speed with the process, you will also take part in the testing stage.

This company designs and manufactures high-precision technology used in various high-tech industries. They work with multiple clients, giving you diverse projects to get involved in.

Ideally, you must be proactive and enjoy working with small components, as this role only deals with precision assembly. The team are currently growing, and you will have plenty of support with the opportunity to shadow another member.

You should be confident in small tools, such as handling twicers to move small parts, and aware of processes, such as lapping.

This company is flexible and cares about work/life balance, offering a 4-day compressed week with a requirement of 36 hours.

This role requires:

At least 5 years of experience working with small complex components.
Experience analysing and building products on a small scale.
Proactive attitude.
