They are now expanding with a series A round and looking to add an experienced IC Design Manager with a strong technical foundation in analog and memory design to lead and inspire their talented core design team.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the core design team.
- Drive the successful execution of ongoing development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Represent the company in customer-facing engagements, leading technical discussions and gathering requirements.
- Oversee design projects from initial specification through to successful completion.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in analog design, with demonstrated leadership or management experience.
- A proven track record of at least five tapeouts, showcasing end-to-end project delivery.
- At least 1 product tapeout, which was implemented in the applicable target market (ideal).
- Deep knowledge of memory architecture and its applications.
